Wool ’n Needle Club Nubin • Beginners Welcome Let’s welcome spring and summer by creating some fun and whimsical flowers. This session of Wool and Needle Club will be working from the book “Whimsical Wool Applique” by Kim Schaefer. You can choose any project from the book, and you can keep it as simple as you want or you can embellish your flowers with all those wonderful fun embroidery stitches that we all love! This is a very relaxed and fun hand stitching class with a great group of students. You can bring any of the past Wool and Needle Club projects to finish working on or start this fun and whimsical charmer. I look forward to seeing you in the class! $50.00 4 sessions 3 hours

Travel Threads Lynda • Beginners Welcome Come join us in making nine hand embroidery 6x 6-inch blocks using wool scraps and enhance them by adding some pieced blocks. Embroidery will include very simple stitches that a beginner can master. There will be a total of 8 sessions. Purchase all ten patterns at the beginning and receive a 20% discount. $45.00 4 sessions

NEW “Homegrown” Lorraine • Beginners Welcome Beginners and advanced stitchers alike will love our Sue Spargo wool neighborhood! Students will have a choice between two background color ways-one black and the other light blue, lavenders and greens. Your twenty-seven 5” finished blocks will encircle a happy tree of life and the floral border is sure to delight. Students will confidently appliqué cotton and wool appliqué elements and learn over 30 embroidery stitches. Students will be required to purchase the kits used in class. Students will enjoy embellishing their blocks with a variety of threads and materials employing over 30 stitches. The blocks can be machine or hand-pieced together but the wool applique and embroidery will be completed by hand. Wool lovers of all skill levels are welcome! There will be 6 sessions. Students will purchase the kit in advance and may divide the cost in two installments. $85.00 6 sessions 2 ½ hours

We will provide you with a beautiful village and you can add you own creative touches to each neighbor. There will be a short demonstration with construction tips at 9:30-10:00 at the Friday and Saturday meetings. You will be offered two different colorways.
