Three Way Machine Applique
Nubin • Beginners Welcome
Come explore three different ways to prep your appliqué and sew them down with your sewing machine. We will be using a free downloadable pillow pattern by Tilda called “Put Down Roots”, which can be found on “tildasworld.com” and then under “Free Patterns”, then “Collections”. Scroll down until you find the “Putting Down Roots” pattern. Click on that, then find the pillow pattern!
There will be a simplified fabric supply list available once you sign up for the class.
You will need a sewing machine in good working order that can do a small zig zag stitch. There will be a kit fee for $15 payable to me the day of the class.

Tilda’s Striped Fish Pillow
Nubin
I really love all of Tilda’s quilt patterns, but some of them are a bit different than what we are used to making. I adore these fun fish pillows and would love to walk (and sew ) you through the techniques that Tilda has set forth to make these charming pillows. They are not hard, a bit tricky in a couple spots, but very doable for a confident beginner and beyond. The pillows measure approximately 12” x 25” and are a bit addictive once you start making them. I may or may not have a whole school of fish in the making! This is an all–day class, so being a sack lunch and gather up your supplies! Let’s go fishing!!!
